Testing Services
Dr. Edwards provides high-quality, comprehensive psycho-educational testing services for children, adolescent and adults who are having difficulty in school or work due to a learning disability, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or a significant emotional issue that is impacting performance. Her evaluations help individuals fully understand their cognitive and academic strengths and challenges so that they may be able to maximize their strengths as well as develop strategies and techniques to address their challenges. Her assessment services can help individuals succeed by:
- Clarifying diagnosis for appropriate treatment
- Identifying personal learning styles
- Determining areas of cognitive and academic strength
- Identifying and targeting specific areas for tutoring
- Finding effective personal learning and study strategies
- Providing documented support for academic accommodations at school or with the College Board or Educational Testing Service (i.e., SAT, GRE, GMAT, MCAT).
